Our name is Scarefest Scream Park and we are a haunted attraction so we like to scare. There are many different activities available to choose from at the park and every person has a different threshold of fear so each person’s experience is unique. Scarefest prides itself on having an experience for every fear level. Our haunted hayride is intended to be a family-friendly experience, while the forest walk and maze is a mid-level scare, and the haunted house has the most intense scares.

During September the wait is usually shorter. In October and the closer we get to Halloween the busier the park will be. The best way to avoid long lines is to come early or on a Sunday that the park is open, but if you must come on our busiest nights and don’t want to wait, get to the park right before we open. On busy Friday/Saturday nights in October, attraction wait times can be 2+ hours from 8:30-10:30pm. Speedpass upgrades are available at the ticket booth or you may purchase speed pass tickets online. See our tips on how to avoid lines HERE. To purchase tickets online click HERE.

Scarefest is not meant for children. We have had young children go through the attractions and have a great time and we have also had adults too afraid to even enter. You are the best judge to know if your child is able to handle the experience. For you and your child's safety, it is not permitted at any time to carry a child through any of the attractions. Inside the attractions you will experience uneven floors/walkways, complete darkness, props, monsters, and many scares that may startle. The attractions are restricted children over the age of 6. Children under 12 must have an adult with them in the attraction. We require children 16 and under be accompanied by an adult on property.
-
Our attractions include strobing lights, fog, loud noises, startles, & scares. You may have to walk over uneven surfaces and through small spaces. If you are prone to seizures, pregnant, or are in poor health you should consult your health care provider about your ability to participate in these types of activities. We are not handicap accessible. Our midway and parking lot is gravel and not suitable for most walking assistance devices. This event is not recommended for those with PTSD. Click HERE to read Terms and Disclaimers.

You may wear a costume but you will not be allowed into the park wearing a mask or carrying a prop.
-
Our Monsters, Zombies, and Ghouls will not intentionally touch you but they may get quite close to you. If you startle easily you may end up inadvertently touching them or brushing up against their costumes and props. Intentional touching and harassing of our cast may result in removal from the park without refund.
-
We have activities and entertainment in the midway for those who choose to abandon their more daring friends. 4D virtual reality ride, games, vendors with merchandise for sale, the bar tent has bands or a DJ for your listening pleasure, and nightly bonfires are just a few of the things available.
-
Once you enter an attraction, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to go through.

The Hayride of Doom wagons can hold between 30 – 35 people. All the other attractions are groups of 6. If your group is larger than 6 we will need to split you up into smaller groups.
-
We are an outdoor event but we do everything in our power to stay open, usually a light rain will not close the attractions. If and when the conditions become such that there is a chance that the safety of our cast or customers become compromised we will shut down the attractions as needed.
