JM Halloween, Inc. dba Scarefest Scream Park reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission being refused. All patrons knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks and dangers associated with the attractions and agree to release the operator(s), officers, directors, staff, landlord and affiliates from any claims, loss, liability, harm, injury or death, damage to property, any cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location. This is an indoor and outdoor all weather event which is held in the dark. You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, flashing/strobe lights, fog, special effects, loud noises, moving props, sudden actions by actors, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, have heart, back, respiratory problems or other medical, physical or mental conditions which could ultimately prohibit you from participating safely. Do not enter the attractions if you are intoxicated, under the influence of illegal drugs or heavy medications.  Do not smoke, run, eat or drink in the attractions.  There is absolutely no touching of the actors, mechanisms or props.  No video or flash photography is allowed inside the attractions.  Appropriate attire is required. You may not wear masks or carry props into the park. Patron agrees to these and other conditions of usage, and grants Scarefest Scream Park permission to use his or her photographic/video image in advertising, promotions or other publication without payment or compensation to the holder.
